Hawai‘i Island police are asking for public assistance in locating 67-year-old Colleen Lasham, and her daughter, 39-year-old Tara Lasham, both of Kailua-Kona, who are wanted for questioning relative to a custodial interference investigation.
Colleen and Tara may be in the company of Tara’s six-year-old daughter, Solenne Grimes.
Tara Lasham is wanted on an arrest warrant and for questioning in the same custodial interference investigation. Since October 2022, police have issued several requests to the public to be on the lookout for the Tara and her daughter.
Tara, Colleen and Solenne were last seen in Ocean View on Wednesday, July 27, 2022. Colleen Lasham, who is known to frequent north and south Kona, Ka‘ū, and Hilo. is described as 5 feet 9 inches tall, 120 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes. She may be operating a 2022 Black BMW bearing Hawaiʻi plate ZKM389 or a 2018 Orange Toyota Tacoma with a plate reading ZFX062.Tara Lasham is described as 5 feet 9 inches tall, 130 pounds, with blue eyes and blonde hair. She is known to frequent both the north and south Kona areas.
Solenne Grimes is described as 3 feet 5 inches tall, 35 pounds, with blue eyes and blonde hair.Jeremiah.Hull@hawaiicounty.gov.
