Hawaii County is sponsoring COVID-19 testing on Tuesday at South Kohala at the Ho`oko Park in Waikoloa Village from 8 a.m. until 11 a.m., according to the Hawaii County Civil Defense Testing Update Calendar.
On Wednesday, there will be COVID-19 testing at Konawaena High School in South Kona from 2 p.m. until 6 p.m., and at Afook Chinen Auditorium in Hilo from 3 p.m. until 6 p.m.
Thursday, there will be COVID-19 testing at Waimea District Park from 8 a.m. until 11 a.m.
Friday, there is COVID-19 testing at Keauhou Shopping Center, behind Regal Cinemas, conducted by Ali’i Health, from 9 a.m. until noon. This test day is not mentioned on the Hawaii County Civil Defense calendar, although it is mentioned on the Civil Defense web site. It may not be sponsored by the County. Ali’i Health says on its website that their cost is generally covered by one’s insurance, but Clinical Labs may have a copay. There’s more at the Ali’i Health site at www.aliihealthcenter.com
There are no County-sponsored tests on the Civil Defense calendar for Friday.
On Saturday, Dec. 19, the County is sponsoring COVID-19 testing at Prince Kuhio Plaza from 8 a.m. until noon, at West Hawaii Civic Center from 9 a.m. until 1 p.m., and at Kea’au High School from 1 p.m. until 5 p.m.
