The interisland mandatory 14-day quarantine for travel to any of the neighbor islands–Big Island, Maui County islands, Kaua’i– begins at 12:01 a.m. Tuesday morning (essentially midnight tonight).
Each County has been asked to set its own rules for any exemption to the travel quarantine.

There is no mandatory travel quarantine for interisland travelers who go to O’ahu.
All travelers must also fill out the State Health Department’s form for any interisland travel.
