Hawai‘i County Police Chief Benjamin Moszkowicz is inviting the public to take the department’s Community Satisfaction Survey, which is currently running through the end of the month.
The department conducts the survey every two years as part of its national accreditation process.
In a press release Chief Moszkowicz said, “We are committed to providing the highest quality police service to our communities here on Hawai‘i Island. The feedback we receive from the public through this survey is a key element of gauging our success and identifying areas for improvement.”
The anonymous survey is available on the department’s website https://www.hawaiipolice.gov/community-satisfaction-survey/ and can be accessed directly at https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/HPD2025.
By comparing the results of this year’s survey with the results of past surveys, the department can gauge where it has improved and where it needs further improvement.
