Today, Big Island community members will be holding a public sign waving and mini press conference to highlight their concerns about child welfare services in East and West Hawaiʻi.
The sign waving event, which is scheduled to take place at Puhi Bay from 4pm- 5pm, will be followed by a community meeting hosted by the State of Hawaiʻi Department of Human Services Child Welfare Branch at Keaukaha School .
