On Wednesday, January 31, U.S. Supreme Court Justice Sonia Sotomayor will spend a day at the William S. Richardson School of Law at the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa as part of the UH law school’s Jurist-in-Residence program.
Founded in 1987, the Jurist-in-Residence program brings Supreme Court Justices to the UH law school to meet with students and faculty. These private events give UH students unprecedented first-hand knowledge from the justices themselves.
