Two public Easter Egg hunts are scheduled for today. One at the Dr. Francis F.C. Wong Stadium, the other at Pa‘auilo Gym.
The Biggest Easter Egg Hunt will be held in Hilo at the Dr. Francis F.C. Wong Stadium. Gates open at 8:00 am. The egg hunt begins at 10:00 am. Hunters will be divided into age groups (4-5 year-olds, 6-8 year-olds, 9-12 year-olds) to search for over 17,000 eggs, each containing a special prize.
The event is made possible by partnerships with the Kiwanis Club of East Hawai‘i, Hilo High School Key Club, and Waiākea High School Key Club. For more information contact Royden Chow at 808-938-2014.
The Pa‘auilo Easter Egg Hunt will be held at the Paʻauilo Gym. Gates open at 9:00 am. The egg hunt begins at 9:30 a.m. Hunters will be divided into age groups (2-4 year-olds, 5-8 year-olds, 9-12 years-olds) to search for eggs, each having a special prize inside.
