In the last week, the State Department of Health reported 738 cases of coronavirus with 8 new COVID-19 related deaths statewide. The following data includes confirmed and probable cases up until Wednesday, February 8, 2023. Full data is posted on the State of Hawaiʻi Department of Health Disease Outbreak Control Division.

 

 

Statewide COVID-19 Counts:

New Cases: 738

Total Cases: 378,481

New Fatalities: 8

Total Fatalities: 1,805

Daily Case Average: 100

Positivity Rate: 5%

 

In the last week, the DOH reports 90 new cases of coronavirus on Hawaiʻi Island.

 

Hawaiʻi County Counts:

New Cases: 90

Total Cases: 42,305

Daily Case Average: 12

Positivity Rate: 3.1%

 

Maui County Counts:

New Cases: 69

Total COVID Cases: 43,140

 

Kauaʻi County Counts:

New Cases: 69

Total COVID Cases: 19,020

 

Honolulu County Counts:

New Cases: 507

Total COVID Cases: 262,751
