During Sunday’s loss against the Miami Dolphins, Chicago Bears QB Justin Fields broke the NFL record for the most rushing yards in a regular-season game by a quarterback. In just his 19th career start, Fields put up 178 rushing yards, breaking Michael Vick’s 173-yard game record set in 2002.
The second-year quarterback finished 17-of-28 for 123 yards and three touchdowns through the air, and also broke the team’s franchise record for longest run and touchdown run for a quarterback with a 61-yard blast in the third quarter on a third-down scramble.
Unfortunately for the Bears and Fields, they lost to Miami, 35-32, falling to 3-6.
