The Kona Coffee Cultural Festival is kicking off its 50th anniversary with the launch a cookbook entitled Kona Coffee Cookbook—Recipes From Our Coffee Country Kitchens.
The full-color cookbook is a collection of over 300 recipes, featuring appetizers, salads, breads, entrees, and desserts. The collection is a culmination of decades of recipes taken from prize-winning Festival recipe contest winners and a wealth of sources including local homegrown recipes. The cookbook also includes Kona coffee history, festival stories, sidebars and even tips on how to prevent cracking in your cheesecake.
Kona Coffee Cookbook—Recipes From Our Coffee Country Kitchens is now available for purchase in hardcover online at www.konacoffeefest.com or at select Kona retail outlets including Greenwell Farms, Golden Egg Cash Assets, Kimura Lauhala Shop, Kona Coffee & Tea Company, The Spoon Shop Kona, UCC Hawaii Kona Coffee Estate and at the Festival Pop Up retail spot located at 75-6000 Ali‘i Drive in Kailua-Kona.
