As of 5:30 am on Friday, January 22, 2021, The Johns Hopkins COVID-19 dashboard reports the following information. 

 Global Cases – 97,645,892      Global Deaths – 2,094,191

U.S. Cases – 24,633,805      U.S. Deaths – 410,803

 

In the last day, The United States added 186,000 new COVID-19 cases while the number of U.S. deaths  increased by nearly 4,000.
