Hawaii County Mayor candidates Ikaika Marzo and Mitch Roth will be the guests on PBS Insights this evening from 8 p.m. until 9 p.m., with the program rebroadcast Sunday at 2 p.m. The moderator for the event is scheduled to be Yunji DeNies, who has ties to Hawaii Island–her Mom lives in Kohala.

The next opportunity to see the two candidates will be in a Big Island-produced forum put on by the West Hawaii Community Forums Group, which will air on Thursday, Sept. 17, 5 p.m. until 7 p.m., both live on NaLeo TV and at the Facebook page for West Hawaii Forums. Hawaii’s elections are all by mail. Ballots should arrive between October 6 and 16. If you have not registered yet, you may do so through October 5 at elections.hawaii.gov All ballots MUST be in the County Elections Office by Tuesday, Nov. 3, 2020 at 7 p.m.
