Ryan Ozawa updates the COVID-19 maps daily, using data from State Department of Health, the State DOH maps without zip codes posted at the State’s COVID-19 Dashboard, and the daily case update.
Although today there are 4 new cases of COVID-19 on the Big Island, and the State DOH reports a total of 355 new cases in the state, this map reflects what was known on Wednesday, Aug. 12. Anything in white has had zero new cases in the last 28 days, anything in light yellow has had 1 to 5 cases in the last 28 days, and the golden area (Kailua-Kona) has 6 to 10 new cases in the last 28 days.
Mahalo to Ryan Ozawa for his excellent and helpful work and permission to post his maps.
