Starting today, interisland travelers are no longer subject to the mandatory 14-day quarantine. That is, unless they have come in from out of state and therefore are still subject to the mandatory quarantine.
There are new procedures in place, including filling out a form in advance of going to the airport, and having a temperature check and health screening once at the airport. The new procedures apply to all interisland flights.
