The state has one new case of COVID-19, reported in the Wednesday, May 27 noon report–and it is on Hawaii Island. That brings the Big Island’s cumulative total to 82, with only the newest active. State Department of Health has provided no additional information about the newest case.
The state’s total is now 644, with 600 released from isolation.
The State’s positive situation comes as the Johns Hopkins COVID-19 Dashboard reports that the United States has passed 100,000 deaths, with nearly 1.7 million cases.
